Showcase your business this Christmas!

If you’re a BID business, there are some BRILLIANT ways to engage with the BID’s campaign this Christmas.

However you choose to take part, engagement with the campaign is going to raise the profile of your business through professional, targeted marketing, with the aim of bringing more customers through your doors, or to your website.

We’re trying to get more people to choose Bognor Regis town centre as part of their Christmas experience, so let’s show them what we offer, and drive them into as many of our businesses as possible whilst they’re here.

There are four excellent engagement opportunities outlined below. Once you’ve decided how your business can take part, all you need to do is fill in the details on the form, and submit it directly through the website.  We’ll be in touch with further information in the week commencing 16th November.

To make sure your business gets maximum exposure across all of the marketing channels, we’ll need to know which activities you’re going to take part in by 11th November 2020.

Create a one off, one day only, very special offer to feature in the BID’s video Advent Calendar hosted by Clarabel the elf.

Host Clarence the Elf for a photo shoot inside your business, then in your business window on a pre-arranged day.  All you’ll need to do is offer a small prize for the winner selected at random from social media entries.

Go to town on your Christmas window display – even if the worst happens and your physical business is closed, we want people to keep coming into town for the Christmas experience, and your window is going to play a big part in that. There’s a generous digital media prize for the best dressed window, which will be selected by a panel of independent judges, with the opportunity for greater press coverage.

Take part in the “National Elf Service” day on Saturday 19th December, with you and your team in as much of an elf costume as company policy / health and safety allows, adding to the Christmas spirit and showing we’re all in this together.

Just a reminder that the BID created an online “High Street” for BID businesses.  If you’ve already created a listing, please log in to your account and make any changes needed to show how people will be able to access your services or stay in touch with you during lockdown.  If you haven’t registered yet, now is a great time to do so – you’ll find full details of how to list, and update your listing on here:
